How to Sculpt Feminine Curves
Can I brag for a sec? After years of battling with the weight gain issues of fibromyalgia (inflammation and water weight can kiss my ass), something crazy happened this year. I’ve lost almost 40 pounds. I’ll go over the details of “how I did it” in a later post, but for now I’d like to focus on some of my favorite workout moves.
Since I’m the type who doesn’t see the point of losing weight if I’m not fit or toned – and because I actually like my boobs and butt – I tend to focus on moves that promote feminine curves.
